American Bank of Investments (“ABI Bank”) was formed in 2015 with the purchase of the former Credit Agricole Albania by Tranzit Finance, a portfolio company of NCH funds, with the participation of ABI Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Andi Ballta, formerly NCH regional manager. Deputy Manager (Former Employee) says"Worst place to work.. no work life balance.. management is so insensitive that they keep on pressuring staff for unnecessary things.. all the data given by sbi regarding their organisatin is total fraud.. if there is a chance of CAG audit this bank will bite dust.. lot of bad loans are just because of managements pressure.. there is even pressure for cross selling jst becz management gets huge commission on this.. insurance policies are done without even taking the customers consent.. poor people are being looted by this bank Cons: Everything"

Cons: Toxic work environment, Passive agressive staff, Company doesn't care if they're putting your health and safety at risk, Does not pay for full two weeks if you have to quarantine even if they made you quarantine, Will let people come into work sick despite saying they will send people with symptoms home, etc"

CHIEF MANAGER (Former Employee) says"Sbi as an institution is good but the people or the bosses are really not worth to occupy that chair, but it is the godfather concept works. Talent is not at all counted nor the hardwork of the employee is taken into account. If the same performance is shown in the private sector bank you are really applauded and given the due respect & promotion you deserve . Your contribution is just a drop in an ocean with sbi, hence you need godfather yo rise up the ladder. Probationary officers are the blue eyed boys with sbi. They have decisive edge over anyone else. Cons: You should have a godfather in sbi then only you rise up"
